Material safety data sheets According to the provisions of the Act of 25 February 2011 on chemical substances and their mixtures (Journal of Laws No. 63/2011, item 322 as amended, uniform text: Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1203) and the Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 December 2006 concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH), establishing a European Chemicals Agency, amending Directive 1999/45/EC and repealing Council Regulation (EEC) No. 793/93 and Commission Regulation (EC) No. 1488/94 as well as Council Directive 76/769/EEC and Commission Directives 91/155/EEC, 93/67/EEC, 93/105/EC and 2000/21/EC (OJ L 396 of 30.12.2006, corrected version in OJ L 136 of 29.5.2007, p. 3) (REACH), Volkswagen Group Polska Sp. z o.o. in Poznań hereby provides material safety data sheets of chemical substances and mixtures hazardous to human health and environment.
The material safety data sheets published here concern substances and mixtures contained in the marketed products for care, maintenance and operation of the vehicles of individual Volkswagen AG brands: Volkswagen, Audi, Seat, Škoda, Porsche.
The form and contents of the material safety data sheets are compliant with the requirements defined in the Commission Regulation (EU) No. 2015/830 of 28 May 2015 amending Annex II to the REACH Regulation (OJ L 132/8 of 29.5.2015).
The substances and mixtures have been classified and labelled according to the criteria included in the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EC) No. 1272/2008 of 16 December 2008 on the classification, labelling and packaging of substances and mixtures, amending and repealing Directives 67/648/EEC and 1999/45/EC, and amending Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 (OJ L 353 of 31.12.2008, p. 1 as amended), referred to as the CLP Regulation.
Volkswagen Group Polska Sp. z o.o. in Poznań regularly reviews the contents of material safety data sheets.
In the case of mixtures not classified as hazardous under the CLP Regulation and not intended for general use, but containing certain classified components exceeding defined limits in the case of which a material safety data sheet must be provided on request, the packaging label includes the information concerning material safety data sheet availability.
Pursuant to the (REACH) regulations in force, the products not classified as hazardous do not require providing material safety data sheets. However, if in good will they have been provided by the manufacturer/supplier, they do not require updating to the changing regulations; they are provided in the original form.
The products in the table are arranged according to type group (column 1) and catalogue number (column 3).
The material safety data sheet (column 4) for a given product is identified by means of the catalogue number from the packaging label in a given type group. The product name (column 2) is for information purposes.
A material safety data sheet is opened by clicking its designation in column 4 of the table.
